So I was in attendence at all the games Monday and a few players really stuck out to me. If I were a European scout I would take a hard look at some of these players. There was a player in the Stout Jersey for the Gophers and he had serious range. I haven't seen a guy stroke jumpers like that since Blake Hoffarber. If he works hard sky's the limit on this kid. If you could help me out on his name that'd be great! Thanks.

Even though its already said and done, Congrats to the Boilermakers. Now...the Hogs got just screwed in that semifinal game 2. Do you want to hear some real stuff, first off the refs have the call in which the point should of counted or not, not the score keeper, and to give a tech with 2 minutes left in a crucial moment come on man get serious. Mitch you played college ball, and any real ref or spectator would know that any contact at the rim when someone falls because of 2 bodies colliding with eachother is either a foul or a charge and he let that call go 3 times in a row. 3 seconds to leisurely bring up a ball the length of the court to pull up.... or 2 seconds in which Femi threw up a shot as soon as he touched the ball, in which Tony jumped and tapped it in. I was standing out of bounds and saw 1 sec still on the clock when Tony released the ball. Karma?! 2 seconds on the clock is questionable, ill give you that.

Overall the boilermakers deserve the championship and it was a good season. However the way it closed out for us simply wasn't fair. The refs needed to man up and make the right calls at the end of the SEMIFINAL and they didnt. There was no way they should have gotten 2 seconds put on the clock when the timeout was called after the shot was on its way up with 1 second or even less time left. The reason I said the 2 refs were a factor was because for one in a game like that how is a new ref that doesn't know the TD rules or anything about the league allowed to ref in such a crucial game? I think he means that he is going to start running the score tables because of all of the complaints about that stats. Thanks for the offer Frank, that will really help the league. See you at 10:15 Sunday and we will go over all of the responsibilities.

Joey your right about that, he is doing good, but the 2 teams they played haven't been top caliber, lets see that against the mac daddies, flocka flames, and most of all against us, there he will have to defend and it wont be as easy as it is against the past 2 opponents.... Am I missing something here? For starters, Chris you have had a great start to the season and are much better than I gave you credit for not know a thing about you going into the season with 22.5 points, 5 boards and 1.5 assists, but are you really ignoring who I chose as my ROTY? Jon Cassens is averaging 38.5 points, 6 rebounds (as a PG), and 5.5 assists. I think you should be a runner up, but if any rookie has made a name for themselves yet, it's Cassens.

Man...I just love that the Spartans weren't even mentioned in Joey's preseason preview. We have 2 of the best shooters from the MIAC last season and not even a word about us or anybody on our team! I wouldn't have it any other way though...love bein' the underdog.

I cannot disagree with the fact that showing the people that have been around forever is important and that Foss has been intrumental in making Triple Double what it is today. The fact of the matter is that I do my stories based on how I actually feel, not to make people feel happy. For my MVP candidates, three of the five guys have played at least the last three years if not more. For my All-Triple Double team, only four of fifteen guys on that list are new players.

I saw that game also. Better watch out for those gophers this year those kids are all athletes! Alex and Colin were unstoppable and Matt can definitely reign threes. Plus that small point guard they had too can definitely play. I dont know his name though. This is a good year in triple double for sure
