Triple Double Online

The Triple Double All-Star Classic is our annual spring event that concludes the season by showcasing some of the most exciting basketball talent and positive personalities associated with the league. It’s a promotional celebration that gives the community and future players a chance to get to know Triple Double. The league's elite players represent their respective teams in the Triple Double All-Star Game, 3-point shootout and slam-dunk contest.

The day is filled fan-interactive activities and giveaways that welcomes all ages to join in Triple Double's celebration of competition, leadership and diversity in the community. The event has taken place in all eight years of Triple Double’s existence. It has been held at DeLaSalle High School six times and at Target Center once. Various businesses and organizations have sponsored the event each year, including B96, Davanni's, Chipotle, Red Bull, Mac's Industrial Sports Bar, Elsie’s, The Northeast Minneapolis Lions, Moose On Monroe, Standard Heating and Air, SimplyLuxery Imports and the Minnesota Ripknees.

The 2007 All-Star Classic showcased an immaculate dunk contest that was broadcasted on the KARE11 news and received a two-page photo spread and feature article in the Downtown Journal. B96’s DJ HotRod has been a quest emcee for the annual event that has become highly anticipated by players and fans while promising to further in sophistication and excitement for years to come.
